Carol Swallow - Managing Director
Over 30 years experience in manufacturing management, including 11 years with BTR plc. Introduced modern manufacturing and management techniques to Electroparts, including MRP and Knowledge Sharing systems.
Managed the installation of ISO9002 and lately ISO9001: 2000, achieved in 2003.
Electroparts believes in an open management system. Staff skill development, empowerment and self-management are central to the company ethos and is applied at all levels. Technology is used throughout the company to provide staff with the means to perform at the highest level. Customer needs are at the centre of our business strategy, working hard to deliver better performance, in all business areas, year on year.

Close contact with customers is key to our success, delivering a clear understanding of their needs. Customers are always able to talk directly to Carol, and she welcomes open feedback.


Dominic Hancock - Sales Manager
Dominic has 15 years front line manufacturing experience, specifically in electrical/electronic manufacture and servicing. With over 10 years general management experience within Electroparts Dominic has knowledge and experience in strength and depth, bringing expert practical skills to the project and sales team. Dominic's responsibilities include:

  • Contract review and quotations.
  • Specification and Material control.
  • Supply Chain control.
  • Prototype and new contract performance control.

Kevin McKever- Production Control Manager
Joining the Electroparts team in 2006, Kevin has over 25 years skilled production engineering experience, specifically in electric motor manufacture. Kevin's attention to detail is legendary, and he has been brought in to build a production engineering support team matched to our customers requirements for high quality technical engineering based processing. Kevin's responsibilities include:

  • Sales Order processing, capacity and load planning
  • Production control and customer progress communication
  • Equipment and setting maintenance and control
  • Engineering processing and resource control
  • Engineering project assessment and management
  • Training and coaching for engineering based processing

Simon Boulby - Field Sales Engineer
Simon has over 30 years sales experience in the electronics sector, specifically in component distribution, PCB bare board, PCB assembly, cable and panel wiring build. Simon's responsibilities include:

  • Customer care and liason
  • New contract control

Tony Field - QA and Training Supervisor
Over 10 years with Electroparts, trained in production operations before moving onto Inspection and QA. Tony is a fully qualified trainer, certificated to IPC /WHMA-A-620 Cable and Wiring Harness Assembly. Tony's responsibilities include:

  • Technical Training control for all production staff, including new starters
  • Finished goods inspection
  • Technical and quality in-production monitoring.
  • Internal and Customer complaint investigation

Adam Taylor - Technical Wiring Technician and IPC Application Specialist
Over 9 years with Electroparts, trained in all production operations before moving onto high end technical contract assessment and processing. Adam is certificated as Application Specialist to IPC /WHMA-A-620 Cable and Wiring Harness Assembly. IPC J-STD-001D Electronic Solder Standard, IPC 7711A/7721A PCB Rework and Modification Standard
. Adam's responsibilities include:

  • Advanced Mentoring support for production staff.
  • Assessment support to project desk for high-end technical contracts
  • Team Leader for high-end technical processing contracts
