With over 10 years general management experience within Electroparts Dominic has knowledge and experience in strength and depth, bringing expert practical skills to the project and sales team.

Over 30 years experience in manufacturing management. Introduced modern manufacturing techniques, including Lean, MRP, ISO9001:2000.
Open door management, staff skill development, empowerment and self-management are central to the company ethos and is applied at all levels. Modern technology is used extensively to provide staff with the infomation and means to perform at the highest level. Puts customer needs at the centre of business strategy, working hard to deliver better performance, in all business areas, year on year.
Close contact with customers is key to business success, providing a clear understanding of their needs. Customers are always able to talk directly to Carol, and she welcomes open feedback.
