Working in Partnership
When you are working with a customer on a sub contract basis it is really important to have good communications with your customer especially when there is an issue with a build.
A PCB board for Dennis at Medizine threw up an unusual problem when a new operative built a batch, the feedthrough capacitors were secured with a glue to stop them vibrating and some of the glue had run under the T Block and stuck the contacts together. When the customer tried to tighten the contacts they were stuck tight! After a couple of trials we found a similar glue that had more viscosity that performed just as well as the original glue. The T Blocks were replace and the glue was changed for future production, problem solved and a happy customer.
